Promotion Of Child Rights & Access To Justice

While our target group is children in need of care and protection as well as children in conflict with the law..

While our target group is children in need of care and protection as well as children in conflict with the law; we are cognizant of the fact that the most ideal set up for a child to grow and thrive is within a family, therefore our ATJ (Access to Justice) Program is family focused to include both Mothers, Fathers and primary care givers in the best interest of the child and the spirit of doing no harm to the child.

This program takes three folds:

  1. Children in conflict with the law -Juvenile justice system (Rule of detention as the last resort), Diversions and child focused Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
  2. Children in need of care and protection-Focus on Health, Education and sustainability
