CRALAF has put stringent mechanisms in resources mobilization to cover operational costs and sustain programming.
CRALAF has put stringent mechanisms in resources mobilization to cover operational costs and sustain programming. The organization has developed a progressive 5-year strategic plan that clearly provides a roadmap on how we want to go to the future.
To achieve sustainability, we have laid strong foundation on building partnerships and relationships with likeminded stakeholders whose level of influence is well covered in stakeholders’ engagement matrix.
To back up this kind of strategy, CRALAF will aim to embrace result-based programming where data will be the main driver in decision making and maintaining our projects agile. In addition, monitoring and evaluation tools will be used in quality control of our projects to ensure that not only projects are delivered on time but also within budgets and scope taking care of unforeseen changes on risk management and help to identify decision gates right from projects, definitions and decision until completion and closure.
